Shipping policy

With all orders, please allow for 6-8 weeks for delivery, as a surge in the use of our services has us preferring to under promise and over deliver, but plenty of items may arrive much sooner, including pre-made custom binds, retails books and more!

Heroes Rebound Studios will not be held responsible for the handling of books or other items purchased through this store by outside carrier delivery services. We will do our utmost to carefully package all our products, however PLEASE, if you desire to be doubly safe, inquire about additional insurance for your valuable purchases. Without the customer's independent purchase of insurance on any packages shipped from Heroes Rebound Studios online, no insurance claim can be made on the items, or refund for damages, from the delivery service within the US.

Please allow books to "air out" in a climate controlled room, as often drastic differences in temperature and climate during shipping can accumulate some warmth and/or humidity.
